TUNNEL

Survey in MC1B (ISBT to Central Secretariat)
The eight years of experience on tunnel construction projects made ORIMAN a leading service provide on the field of tunnel surveying. Regardless of whether you wish to construct an inner-city subway under historical buildings, a traffic tunnel in mountainous terrain or a pressure tunnel or a cavern for a power station in central highlands landscape with little overlying or are planning a  TBM-advance or wish to build according to NATM – our company provides with a competent partner.

Supply of survey teams for Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) on behalf of International Metro Civil Contractor (a joint venture of DYWIDAG - L&T – SAMSUNG – IRCON – SHIMIZU) the contract for MC1B includes the construction of approx. 6.6 kms underground railway with 6 stations. Out of which 4.1 kms are twin-tube running tunnels and underground station building constructions. The remaining 2.5 kms will be constructed in open cut. Altogether 1 TBM shield and 2 EPBM will be brought into use. The tunnels have an internal diameter of 5.7 m. ORIMAN is responsible for construction surveying and the machine guidance as well as the optional 3D-deformation measurements in the NATM areas. In addition to this, ORIMAN is also responsible for the measuring-technique equipment for the geo-technical.

Instrumentation is a part of the contract, we are conducting engineering survey for traversing by total station, bench mark fixing by digital level, 3D monitoring for buildings & lines, stakeouts for various construction job & tunnel survey. Area calculation, preparing drawing, report by using various software like Route fixing, alignment of tunnel, tunnel guiding (VMT Germany system used) and ring fixing. Thirteen teams from 16-05-2001 to 31-03-2005.

 

Tunnel

For D.M.R.C. Delhi (Work done at Khyber Pass Depot – sys-2)
Alignment centre line marking on Soffit of property deck area at Khyber Pass Depot. Clearly visible painted in black colour continues line. Centerline of turnout and cross over marked clearly indicating the toe points, marking of chainage at 25m intervals on Soffit of property deck painted in Red colour.

DGPS point fixing, traversing, bench mark fixing for AMEL (Airport Metro Express Line) is 26 kms.

For Kalindee Rail Nirman (Engineers) Ltd. (sys-3)
Fixed control points along the proposed alignment, marking of the control point alignment at every 3.5 meters/ gauge frame location, marking the offset of centre line at every 7 metres in straight & curve, offset in every 3.5 metres, leveling by digital level & as built for tunnel rail line, fixing alignment at yard, casting concrete pillars, fixing control points, leveling with auto & digital level.

For Simplex Concrete (India) Ltd. – Dwarka Line
We are supplying survey teams for Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, conducting engineering survey for traversing by total station, bench mark fixing and stake outs for various construction job for over the ground metro railway line (Dwarka site) with survey equipment.

ITD CEM-Cementation JV
Supply of survey teams for Delhi Metro Rail Corporation on behalf of ITD Cem-Cementation JV, the contract includes the construction of approx 7.3 km underground railway with 3 stations. Of this, 5.3 km are twin-tube running tunnels and underground station building constructions. The remaining 2 km will be constructed in open cut. OMSE is responsible for comprises in the construction survey and the machine guidance as well as the optical 3D deformation of measurements in the NATM areas, in addition to the measuring technique equipment for the geotechnical.
